Angel Parkinson
Angel holds an Associate Degree in Applied Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) from the Australian Dermal Science Institute, along with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy from Elly Lukas Beauty Therapy College. Her education reflects both clinical excellence and a genuine dedication to the science of skin.
Her expertise includes laser treatments, collagen induction therapy, clinical peels, advanced facials, scar revision and targeted treatments for acne and hormonal skin concerns. Angel blends evidence-based practice with a calm, compassionate approach, creating supportive treatment experiences tailored to each individual.
At Vibrance, Angel contributes to The Dermal Room’s philosophy of personalised, transformative skin journeys. With a meticulous and client-first mindset, she is committed to continued growth as a dermal clinician: supporting authentic, healthy skin and confident, unfiltered beauty.

Kristen Laing-Herbert
Kristen has worked within the beauty industry for over 10 years and during her professional career she has obtained a Bachelor degree from Griffith University with majors in Communications, an Associate’s Degree in Health Science, a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Clinical Aesthetics at the Australian Dermal Science Institute and was awarded academic honours and dux of her graduating class for her science degree.
As well as her time at Vibrance Clinics, Kristen currently operates her own business, LaGaia UNEDITED and teaches at the Australian Dermal Science Institute, helping educate the next generation of Dermal Therapists and Clinicians.

How does it work?
The concept of Skin Needling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy) is based on the skin’s natural ability to repair itself whenever it encounters physical damage such as cuts, burns and other abrasions. Immediately after an injury occurs to the skin our body reuses the damaged collagen and elastin fibres as well as other damaged skin components to produce new ones. Skin Needling allows for controlled induction of the skin’s self repair mechanism by creating micro-“injuries” in the skin which trigger new collagen synthesis, yet does not pose the risk of permanent scarring.
